Overview

Having an international education background in Shanghai and Toronto, Jeffrey earned his law degree in 2024 from the University of Hong Kong and returned there to complete his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws. His studies included taking part in an exchange programme at Peking University, focusing on Chinese law and economics.

Jeffrey undertook numerous extracurricular activities while studying. He completed internships at law firms in both Hong Kong and Beijing, including Boase Cohen & Collins. He further developed his legal skills as a research assistant at HKU and as a teaching assistant at Peking University. Jeffrey also served as the minister of the HKU Chinese Students and Scholars Association.
