Overview

Irene graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 2024 and completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same establishment the following year. While undertaking her law degree, she spent several months as a visiting student at the University of Copenhagen.

During her studies, Irene undertook internships at a number of law firms in Hong Kong as well as mini-pupillage assignments at different barristers’ chambers. She was a speaker in the HKU Outreach Legal Talks Initiative, a community programme assisting elderly and low-income citizens, and tutored secondary school students in the art of mooting. Away from studies, she pursued her interests in music and film.
