Overview

Cherie earned her law degree from the University of Hong Kong and remained at the establishment to complete her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws in 2020. After completing part of her legal training in-house at a global corporation, she joined BC&C in 2022.

During her studies, she gained internship experience at two law firms in Hong Kong and one in Shanghai, and undertook mini-pupilages at two Hong Kong barristers’ chambers.

A keen participant in mooting competitions, Cherie was General Secretary of the Advocacy and Mooting Society while at the University of Hong Kong. Meanwhile, her commitment to community outreach saw her design and deliver a four-week workshop on criminal law for the Hong Kong Youth Federation’s Crime Prevention Centre.
