Arthur specialises in both criminal and civil litigation. As his principal area of practice, Arthur has both led and co-ordinated criminal defence teams in successfully-defended criminal cases in all court levels.

His civil and commercial litigation work includes immigration, personal injuries, fraud recovery claims and employment matters. With a remarkable track record, Arthur has successfully handled cases that involve account freezing and recovery.
