Overview

Joanna is experienced in handling civil litigation cases with a focus on employees’ compensation, particularly matters involving workplace accidents and personal injuries, as well as motor incidents.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Joanna studied for her law degree in the UK at the University of Lancaster. After graduating in 2014, she worked in legal administration – including an extended period with BC&C – before completing her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the University of Hong Kong in 2021.

After working as a Trainee Solicitor, she returned to BC&C as a Paralegal in 2023. She was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of the HKSAR in January 2024.
