Overview

Admitted to practice law in Hong Kong, the Mainland and the New York State, John has dedicated his career to cross-border dispute resolution and has vast experience in complex commercial arbitration, litigation and compliance matters. He has acted for private individuals, companies and governmental bodies.

After practising public international law for seven years in Beijing, Hong Kong and Jakarta, John completed his Master of Laws degree at Harvard Law School in 2017 and worked for Federal and State judges in Boston. He then relocated to Hong Kong in 2019, working for the dispute resolution department of a leading Red Circle firm. He joined BC&C in 2023.
