Overview

Claire is a Senior Associate in Boase Cohen & Collins with a broad civil practice focusing on commercial disputes, including directors and shareholders disputes, contractual litigation, contentious bankruptcy, and insolvency. She also has experience in handling judicial review and defamation claims.

Claire studied for her law degree at the London School of Economics and Political Science and obtained her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

She accrued considerable work experience in the legal profession by assisting Hong Kong law firms and barristers’ chambers as well as serving as a Court Marshal at the High Court of Hong Kong.
