Overview

Jeffrey practices all areas of Civil Litigation, with a particular emphasis on personal injuries and property damage claims, employees’ compensation legislation and insurance related disputes.

Jeffrey joined BC&C as a Partner in 2015. He helps to build and lead a team specially formed to advise and handle court cases and legal matters for insurance companies and/or their insured parties. With its rapid and solid growth over the years, the team has become a valuable asset to the firm. The team is regularly invited to provide seminars and/or discussion workshops covering a variety of topics for claims officers of insurance companies and this has proven successful in bringing mutual benefit for staff development and practice enhancement.

Jeffrey is also on the Legal Aid Panel, and he has a passion in assisting aided persons in personal injuries cases and knows their need for high standards of professionalism and client care. As well, Jeffrey is a Civil Celebrant.
