New Partners and Senior Associates unveiled

Hong Kong, 1 February 2021: Boase Cohen & Collins is delighted to announce a series of promotions within its legal team, headlined by Alice Cabrelli and Erica Chong being made Partners in the firm.

Hong Kong-born Alice has been with BC&C since her traineeship, having graduated in law from the University of Manchester in the UK. She is part of the firm’s renowned Family Law team and also specialises in civil and commercial litigation and shareholder disputes.

Erica gained her law degree at the City University of Hong Kong, having previously completed a degree in commerce at the University of Auckland in New Zealand. She has extensive experience in both criminal and civil litigation and has also served as a Deputy Magistrate.

Two more of the firm’s legal practitioners, Allison Lee and Henry Siu, have been made Senior Associates. Allison is experienced in matrimonial and family matters relating to children and finances, as well as general civil litigation with an emphasis on shareholders’ disputes, contractual disputes and contentious probate. She also provides advice related to immigration and employment matters.

Henry works across a range of practice areas, bringing his experience to bear in civil and criminal litigation, while he also handles a range of non-contentious matters.

In addition, Gabriel Brettell has joined BC&C as Trainee Solicitor. Born in Hong Kong and fluent in English and Cantonese, Gabriel graduated in law from the University of Nottingham in the UK before completing his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at City University.
