{"id":5848,"date":"2025-02-24T16:00:42","date_gmt":"2025-02-24T08:00:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.boasecohencollins.com\/?p=5848"},"modified":"2025-06-10T11:36:09","modified_gmt":"2025-06-10T03:36:09","slug":"bridge-building-towards-cross-border-ties","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.boasecohencollins.com\/zh-hans\/%e6%96%b0%e9%97%bb\/bridge-building-towards-cross-border-ties\/","title":{"rendered":"Bridge-building towards cross-border ties"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Hong Kong, 24 February 2025:<\/strong> We were delighted to host our friends from Chance Bridge Law Firm, the new mainland China member of global legal services organisation Ally Law, when they visited our office for an informal meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The quartet comprised Managing Partner Ning Zhu and International Consultant Greg Harris from the firm\u2019s Beijing headquarters; Partner Joseph Li, who runs the Shanghai office; and Associate Zhuorui Yao from Shenzhen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chance Bridge formally joined Ally Law earlier this month. Founded in 2011, the firm has 100-plus lawyers in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Haikou and offers a full range of legal services. It is Chambers-ranked in Corporate and Commercial Law and International Trade, while it is noted for its expertise in capital markets, banking, finance, intellectual property and dispute resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The visitors were welcomed to BC&amp;C by a group of our legal professionals led by Managing Partner Alex Liu, who said: \u201cWe are delighted Chance Bridge has joined Ally Law and we look forward to building a close working relationship with our friends there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe business ties between Hong Kong and the mainland are historic and deep-rooted while cross-border legal co-operation is increasing rapidly with a raft of landmark agreements in recent years. We are especially pleased that Chance Bridge has a strong presence in Shenzhen, given the significant development of the Greater Bay Area and the myriad opportunities this presents.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ally Law is a global organisation comprising some 80 independent law firms with 2,800-plus professionals. It provides comprehensive legal services to major corporations worldwide and helps clients overcome their international business challenges.
