I\u2019m sure this will be the case for Kyle and Nicole and we are delighted to have them on board,\u201d said Colin, BC&amp;C\u2019s Senior Partner since 2004.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cIt is a fact that half our current Partners began their career with this firm, as did the vast majority of our Senior Associates and Associates. In addition, we currently have nine young legal professionals either on the verge of being admitted as Solicitors or in the midst of their traineeships. We have always championed investing in youth and offering aspiring young lawyers a clear career path.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kyle brings a diverse background to the firm, first completing a journalism degree and working as a newspaper and TV news reporter, then moving into corporate communications. He returned to studying with a Bachelor of Laws at the University of London and completed his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at HKU.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nicole studied for her law degree at HKU which included an exchange semester at the University of Copenhagen. Among her many extracurricular activities, she was a delegate to the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations in 2018 and a legal support volunteer for the charity Mother\u2019s Choice the year before.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">BC&amp;C supports all three law schools in the territory \u2013 HKU, Chinese University and City University \u2013 with foundation donations and prizes for academic excellence, while Colin is an honorary lecturer at HKU and an external examiner.
