Overview

Nicole focuses primarily on Insurance & Personal Injury litigation and has experience in dealing with a wide range of personal injury and liability claims, including employees’ compensation, public liability, motor and recovery claims. She also has experience across a broad spectrum of practice areas including criminal law, general civil litigation, debt recovery and commercial matters.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Nicole studied for her law degree at the University of Hong Kong, which included a semester at the University of Copenhagen for academic exchange, and graduated in 2019. She remained at HKU to complete her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws in 2020, after which she joined BC&C. She was admitted as a Solicitor in Hong Kong in 2022.
