Overview

Gabriella focuses her practice on Family Law matters with experience in divorce and separation, children and financial applications, committal applications, domestic violence relief, injunction, third party interests, jurisdiction disputes, Hague Convention cases on parental child abduction, adoption, wardship proceedings, pre/post-nuptial agreements and declaration of parental status.

She is active in the Hong Kong Family Law Association and is also a member of the Helena May, the private club in Central with a longstanding tradition of charitable activities and community outreach designed to benefit women and girls in need.

Gabriella attended school in the UK before completing her law degree and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She then gained a Master of Arts in English Literature from the University of Bristol in the UK. She was admitted as a Solicitor in Hong Kong in 2018.
