Overview

April’s main practice areas include both contentious and non-contentious probate and estate administration matters, mentally incapacitated persons (MIP) matters, and intellectual property matters, while she also has extensive experience in civil & commercial litigation, and matrimonial practice.

Born in Hong Kong and raised in Toronto, Canada, April earned a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Biology (Biomedical Science) from York University.

She then studied for her Juris Doctor programme at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She remained at the same university to complete her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws in 2018, after which she joined BC&C as a Trainee Solicitor and become an Associate upon the completion of her traineeship.
